What is 🌿 Carbon Offsetting?
Nightmare on Film Street is proud to offer carbon neutral shipments with Offset! That means NOFS offsets the negative climate impact of each and every shipment.
Each and every order will be offset with a contribution that directly funds the Jarí Para Forest Conservation Project in the Amazon Rainforest. This project covers 496,988 hectares of tropical forest in Brazil, an area the size of the state of Delaware, protecting more than 2,400 species of flora and fauna within it.
This offset project is a Verified Carbon Standard certified project that will be monitored by Pachama using their machine learning, satellite imaging, and remote monitoring technology. The price per ton covers the project costs to protect the existing forest, increase the biomass through improved forest management practices, and verify the project’s progress.
Carbon offsetting fees are incurred by Nightmare on Film Street and come at no additional cost to you. It's just our way to give back to the earth we take for granted every time a package is dropped at our doorstep.💚
What currency is the store in? / Can I change to my local Currency?
Nightmare on Film Street's default store currency is USD. For your convenience, if you'd like to browse in your country's local currency, you may use the currency drop down in the header of this website.
If paying using our native payment processor (securely powered by Shopify Payments) you may checkout in your native currency (wherever available). If checking out using Paypal, all orders will be billed in our default currency of USD.
What is your base style of t-shirt/printing process?
Our preferred tshirt is the Bella/Canvas 3001 or Gildan Ringspun Cotton tee. It is lightweight, super soft, and endlessly comfy.
All of our standard tees come from premium brands that are 100% ringspun cotton (excluding heather colors), pre-shrunk, and with a vintage, true-to-size fit.
All artwork is DTG printed; offering vibrant, detailed, multicolor designs that have less textile waste and are more eco-friendly than other printing processes.
Sizing, Color Accuracy, and Photos
Unless otherwise stated, all t-shirts are a standard unisex fit. Colors and sizing are displayed to the best of our ability, but be sure to cross-reference with the SWATCHES and SIZING CHART available in each listing. We do use a variety of mock-up images in our marketing, and shirts in customer/social media and model photos may be distressed, edited, and filtered.
How long will my package take to arrive?
Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing.
Estimated shipping times for shipping:
Within Canada: up to 14 business days for default shipping; under 7 business days for express shipping
Within the United States: 7 to 21 business days for default shipping; under 7 business days for express shipping
International: 14 to 35 business days for default shipping; under 14 business days for express shipping

Do you ship to the UK?
Due to new tax laws in January 2021, we have has to suspend shipping to the UK. We hope to be able to resume shipping soon. We are, however, able to sell and ship to the UK from our Etsy shop, which is properly setup for the new VAT tax. Apologies for any inconvenience.

We offer Standard Shipping to customers Worldwide. Standard shipping is the most economical option we are able to offer our customers, and comes without tracking, insurance, or timely guarantee. Optional shipping upgrades providing Tracking and Express shipping are available at Checkout, with prices varying depending upon your location and the weight/size of your order.
Orders ship either from our homebase in Toronto, Canada via Canada Post or our cross-border courier via USPS, or our printing partner located in the U.S. Some items may ship separately. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery.

Please check your order information for specific details regarding your shipment. If it has been beyond the standard processing/shipping time (see above) contact us and we can help track down your order.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Due to the custom-printed nature of our garments, we do not accept Returns or Exchanges. We do not keep inventory. Once an order has been placed, it begins production and cannot be reversed. We strongly advise you to consult the sizing chart to ensure your garment arrives exactly as intended.
We do not accept returns on any other merchandise, including pins/stickers/and membership packs.
As orders are sent to production immediately, we are unable to provide order cancellations.
Can I change the mailing address after an order has been made?
We are unable to change mailing addresses once an order has been submitted, as orders are sent to production within 24hours.
If packages are returned to us due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs incurred to re-send the package, or will be refunded the order total less the original shipping expense.
It is the customer's responsibility to track down parcels delivered with an incorrect address.
What if I received an item that is Damaged/Defective?
Oh no! In the event you receive an item that is Damaged or Defective, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your goods and we will provide a replacement. Please save the packaging and provide photos of the items in their received state.
